Studying for a test can be a headache, but at the same time it can be a good activity if we take good options to do it. The first thing you must to do is to find a comfortable and illuminated place, because without that, you will not concentrate very well. Then, you have to order the material, from the beginning until the end. After that, you can start to read slowly, you can even play music while you are reading, but slow music. After many times that you read, you can start highlight the most important ideas, and at the same time you can memorize them slowly. That will take you about one hour, so if you are tired, you must to take a break. You can eat some fruit, drink water, or even take a rest in your bed for ten minutes. After you take your break, you have to start reading again very concentrated,but now you have to understand your contents; you can write them in a piece of paper doing conceptual maps, or simply you can memorize them and then write them again. You will see that in this way, unintentionally you will memorize all the contents.
After many hours of studying, if you are on time with the test, you can study the next day doing the same process. You will see that the next day you will prepare to do exercises with the contents either worksheets or Internet. If you follow this process, probably you will not be so stressed studying.It’s a very relaxing way to study, but at the same time it will help you a lot.
